Correction needs sample identity, instrument, calibration, operator, process line, batch or discharge, and decision authority to remain connected. If a contaminant result arrives after a shipment leaves, the technical detection may be correct while the practical correction is already limited. If the instrument is not maintained, the data may look precise without being useful.
